Terrible experience. THREE HOURS for a simple oil change. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. There was only one car being serviced and one customer ahead of me. There were five employees working, and all I needed was a basic oil change—nothing else. While waiting, I started reading the reviews. Almost every negative review is about the exact same issue: the incredibly long wait times. Clearly, this has been happening for a long time, and nothing has changed. The employees take their time, walk slowly, stand around talking, and work at an unbelievably slow pace. It honestly feels ridiculous. What I find even more frustrating are the management responses to these reviews. They keep posting the same generic apology over and over instead of actually fixing the problem. If you already know there’s an ongoing issue, then do something about it. After reading so many reviews describing the exact same experience I had today, it’s obvious this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a management problem. Customers shouldn’t have to waste three hours for something as simple as an oil change.

Such an easy place to recommend. The service is transparent and they have great prices and fantastic customer service. The employees helped inform me about what I needed and what they did exactly. I got exactly what I needed and more. The location is nice and clean and they work well and speedy. Gotta appreciate it when you're helped out well in a field where it can be nerve wrecking. Thanks fellas

I’ve been coming to this store for a couple of years now. The manager John is hands down amazing. He has helped me out with so much. He even found issues that VW didn’t find or didn’t want to tell me about. I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the mechanics. Definitely recommend this place.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I brought in a flat tire to be repaired; I dropped it off on Wednesday the 18th at 8:00 a.m. Since I couldn't stay, I left it behind with the understanding that I would pick it up the following day. When I returned to retrieve it, my tire was sitting in a corner, unrepaired—and worst of all, none of the employees had any idea who the tire belonged to. I had to wait another hour just to have it repaired and mounted back onto my car. The employees have the worst communication skills in the world; no one could give me a straight answer. Consequently, I would not entrust my car to this company—especially if you have any kind of emergency; in that case, forget about coming here.

I had an amazing experience thanks to George at RNR Tire Express. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Car issues can be stressful, but George made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my car was safe to drive. It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at their job but also truly cares about the people they’re helping. The service was quick, efficient, and the tires were installed perfectly. If you’re coming to RNR Tire Express, I highly recommend asking for George. He’s honest, professional, and makes the whole experience way better. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future tire services because of the excellent service I received. Thank you again, George!
